It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, buses and trains, and Blackpool airport is just two miles away. We have four golf courses close by - Royal Lytham and St Annes (14 mile), Old Links (1 12 miles), Fairhaven (2 miles), and Green Drive (4 miles). The area boasts, among other things, a beautiful expanse of soft, sandy beach, historic Ashton Gardens, bowling greens, a boating lake, tennis courts and picturesque walks.
